I looked at the world and I realised that there is nothing in the world.No wonder the bible said vanity upon vanity all is vanity.Indeed,the world has lost his glory that's why there's no peace in the world again.We are in a world where families or relatives killed themselves over land or house properties.We are in a world where people died by terrorists attack.And we are in a world where people don't have the fear of God in them anymore.Everyday in the daily newspaper or on television or radio,we always heard about people that died or lost their families or properties.This shows that no one is save in the world again.
The latest happening in the world known as terrorism is giving everyone a big blow in the face.Thousands of people have lost their lives due to terrorist attack.Imagine a person who didn't has any sickness or pain in his body before and just decided to walk a mile away from his home and while on his way,he was attacked by suicide bombers along with some other people and they died on the spot.Worst still,some group of people somewhere will be rejoicing over the killings of these innocent people.The question is, if these happenings should continue then who will remain in the world?Therefore,to reverse these trends,we have to take a step and the step we should take is to pray for the world.At this junction,we should stop thinking that the government and/or the police can save us from this horrible experiences.We should not just fold our arms and be expecting miracle from the government or the police because one thing we should know is that the police and the government are human beings like us so,there's little they can do even if we give them our total support.The fact that remains is that unless we turn to God and pray for the world we will still be encounter with various problems in the world.Besides,it is when the world is at peace that we can achieve our goal in life.That is when we can do whatever our heart desires without fear.
So,this is a challenge to us all that each person should goes on his kneel and pray that God should restore peace to the world.If we can do this,I strongly believe that God will hear our cry so far we pray with one mind irrespective of our religion.
